They can't even fly.
Sometimes I wonder if people up high in administration are ostriches. They must spend a significant amount of time with their heads in the sand. It’s like once you get to a certain level of authority, you lose common sense. And then everyone under them has to deal with senseless shenanigans… Because they’re being run by a bunch of OSTRICHES!
